Jellies & Chai
Red Pepper Jelly
Red Pepper Jelly is traditionally served with cream cheese and crackers, but this lively jelly is also amazing on a grilled cheese sandwich. Get creative and add it to your dips and salad dressing. How about a PB and J sandwich with a Red Pepper Jelly twist?
Apricot Jalapeño Jelly
Apricot Jalapeno is a versatile jelly that pairs exceptionally well with brie cheese. Put a little on your Stuffed Jalapeno Poppers. It takes pulled pork from "blah" to “boy oh boy” and makes a great glaze for air fryer or oven baked salmon.
Curry Mango Jelly
Curry Mango is a chicken lover’s dream! Take a mundane chicken breast, douse it in Curry Mango Jelly and suddenly you have a flavorful piece of protein. It is fantastic as a dip for spring or egg rolls and is absolutely delicious mixed with mayonnaise as a flavorful spin on aioli.
Chai Tea Latte
Instant Chai Tea Latte Mix is a convenient alternative to a liquid concentrate or a steeped tea bag as this powdered beverage mix has the milk already mixed in. Simply boil a mug of water and stir the powder in for a sweet and delicious treat!

Iced Chai Tea Latte Recipe
Add ½ cup of Instant Chai Tea Latte Mix to 1 cup of boiling water. Mix very well. Take the glass you are using and fill it with ice and about ½ of the liquid “concentrate"…it’s a personal taste thing. To top with cinnamon foam, froth 2 tablespoons of whipping cream and 2 tablespoons of milk and a bit of cinnamon with hand frother. Pour on top. Mmmmm - delicious!

About Us
Meet Klaas & Sonya
We're Sonya and Klaas Brobbel, and together we run this small rural Alberta company. He does the brainstorming, I do the implementing.
It started small: a tiny AHS inspected kitchen in our basement, and a 104 square foot honor system store on our front lawn. As demand grew, we outgrew hand canning everything ourselves. Today we co-pack our three main jellies and our Instant Chai Tea Latte Mix with Prairie Hill Farms in Picture Butte, AB.
Everyone has someone in their life they remember as "always making" a certain food. That's where our slogan comes from, and the longer we run this business, the more we believe it to be true.
