About Us
Meet Klaas & Sonya
We're Sonya and Klaas Brobbel, and together we run this small rural Alberta company. He does the brainstorming, I do the implementing.
It started small: a tiny AHS inspected kitchen in our basement, and a 104 square foot honor system store on our front lawn. As demand grew, we outgrew hand canning everything ourselves. Today we co-pack our three main jellies and our Instant Chai Tea Latte Mix with Prairie Hill Farms in Picture Butte, AB.
Everyone has someone in their life they remember as "always making" a certain food. That's where our slogan comes from, and the longer we run this business, the more we believe it to be true.
Our Products
Jellies & Chai
Red Pepper Jelly
Traditionally served over cream cheese with crackers, this lively jelly is just as good on a grilled cheese. Stir it into a dip, or try the unexpected: a PB and J with a Red Pepper twist.
Apricot Jalapeño Jelly
A versatile jelly that pairs beautifully with brie. Add it to stuffed jalapeño poppers, or use it to take pulled pork from blah to "boy oh boy." A fantastic glaze for salmon, too.
Curry Mango Jelly
A chicken lover's dream. Douse a plain chicken breast in Curry Mango Jelly for instant flavour, or dip your spring rolls in it. Delicious mixed into mayonnaise, too.
Chai Tea Latte
A powdered mix with the milk already blended in. Boil a mug of water, stir, and enjoy. Try it iced with a cinnamon whipped cream foam on top.
